GPS course selector not working on G1000

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue: On all G1000 system the course selector is not working for the GPS (CDI). It was an issue in 2020 also but it was fixed later.

If applicable, which aircraft is experiencing this issue: all aircraft with G1000 as far as I tested.

No Add ons on my install

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you? Everytime

REPRODUCTION STEPS

So when I want to align with a runway with My GPS I would
1- Direct to an aiport,
2- select CDI,
3- click on OBS button
4 - select the course to align with the runway.
But it’s not working on 2024.
It’s working for VOR though.

Confirmed. The course selector knob does nothing. This affects any aircraft using the G1000.

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

In the Beechcraft Baron G58 or other plains with G1000 system the course knop not working and/of responding and all so the CDI of the PFD. When I use mobiflight to operate the course knob it works " in mobiflight display " , but the PFD screen does not respond…

in other aircraft without g1000 system do not have this problem

Every time on sim load, intermittently

• Just tested (yet again) in the C172G1000. The CRS knob does work in both LOC1 and LOC2 modes, however it does nothing in GPS OBS mode. I and others have previously reported the OBS bug which has been present since launch and is still present as of this post.
Interestingly the G1000 works flawlessly, including OBS mode in the DA62 mod by @MrTommymxr - go figure.

Yeah the mod uses the G1000V1.
V2 isn’t complete yet

1.pick c172 g1000
2.spawned, direct to nearest intersection
3. Pressed obs the rotate course knob

[PC, MSFS 2020 Only] Are you using DX11 or DX12?2024 doesnt work. 2020 works fine

When flying direct with CDI in GPS magenta mode. Pressing OBS button then turning CRS knob to runway heading doesn’t change the path line at all.

This happens in C172 G1000 as well as Cirrus SR22 G1000

This issue is persistent.
