That does appear to be the case.

I hope I didn’t miss anything here. The 400 works as I imagine it should, including the TO/FROM flags flipping.

You can still fly GPS procedures or flight plans, you just need to look to the Garmin 400 instead of the HSI, as it doesn’t give you the full picture.
