Hey everyone,
Been wondering for a while as to why my GPU sits at around 12% (10% in the image) 3D rate on average and also spikes here and there. No FPS problems, but task manager shows as follows:

I think it should be using 98%.

If you’re talking about the second image, it usually fluctuates between 98-100%.
