GPU VRAM 10 GB vs 24 GB at 4K

Not baiting here, but since the game itself lists “recommended specs” at 4GB VRAM, why are systems with 10+ struggling to cope?

I’ve said it before - “Minimum Specs” means absolutely NOTHING.
It’s a travesty.
