Live scenery is not loading correctly. Also, ground textures do not load until very close.

Not sure if this is a new bug or not but I do not recall seeing it until now. When flying around near Edmonton I’m seeing tiles shift really oddly, I have many hours in this region and haven’t seen this before in this area. Any ideas what is going on? I have the same issue, but only when using DX12. Using DX11 it’s OK. I still choose to use DX12 because of how much smoother and consistent (no stutters) it is. I try not to focus on those artifacts. Same as with details on the default airports.
