I decided to go check out the Grand Canyon. It was not actually so “grand”. Very disappointed. The Glen Canyon Dam is actually not even there nor is the bridge going over the canyon. I know, it’s a flight simulator and I shouldn’t be “sight-seeing”. It was one of the selling points, was it not?? Great VFR flying anywhere in the world??
The photo data in some areas that I have checked out is at least 10 years + old. Yes, that’s right!!! Not so impressed considering the hype and the expectations leading up to the release. Aircraft and flight physics seem fine compared to real flying so that is great.

Yep, FSX has a better Grand Canyon. River is with different elevations, Grand Canyon is green! I don’t understand why making Sedona, and not making the Grand Canyon in detail.
