After the first patch-
-Water masking is gone still after 2 months (they still show it in all the around the world trailers)
-Water with out major wind looks so bad like rubber or leather. Its so odd. Remember how good it looked day one?
-Clouds downgraded (was the best part of the sim)
-Night lighting actually looked pretty good on day one. Then the ground terrain lighting problem popped up.
Instead of going back to day one look they made it worse with god awful street lighting orbs the size of cars you can see 200 miles out and they stay almost the same size!
Please Asobo go back and look at how good things looked day one!
I agree. I am especially annoyed by the lower quality of clouds and night lighting. I’ll submit a comment on these issues to the Zendesk. Hopefully something will be done.

They can of course optimize and adjust, but I think “ultra” settings should never be downgrated…

All I know is they have downgraded something … because now flying over my local golf courses all look like ■■■■… when Day one they looked excellent in extreme ultra detail.
The graphics have gone in reverse … or it’s Bing Maps …

that’s why i don’t play this Broken game anymore, because it seems patch after patch gets worse an worse an worse. they don’t no what there doing or how to fix these issues Its Pitiful. That’s why i play X Plane 11, And the AI Control works great no issues planes take off perfect and land perfect way it should be.

okay you guys with your silent patch really did fix the water! Thank you Asobo no more leather look with calm or very little wind! Also they toned down the red with cloudy sunsets and it looks soooooooo good!!!

They’re guilty of some sloppy breaking-changes, but to suggest patches have actually made the game worse is just intellectually dishonest.
