Graphics Issue RTX4070Ti Elite

Been trying to fix the graphics issue I’m having. Lines look jaggy and when the a/c is moving on the ground theres alot of shimmering from objects in the different. You can see it alot in the lamp posts. Look find when I zoom right in. Also around the windows of the terminal it’s constantly like there is a white haze?

Any help would be appreciated.

Current settings are:
TAA (DLSS is too blurry)
Render Scaling=115
AMD FidelityFX Sharpening=110
V-SYNC=Off
Nvidia Reflex Low Latency=On
DirectX=DX11

What resolution? Tried to up or lower the render scaling and sharpening? Also check the LOD settings. But it will never be perfect for those thin objects at a distance.

I have attached another video showing the shimmering and a screenshot of my graphics settings. LOD setting is 170.

You can try DLSS in DLAA mode. It is more demanding but in my case the antialiasing is significantly better.
