I wondered if anyone could point me in the right direction as regards the graphics settings never saving? I purchased the Sim on Monday and when I start up the I go to the graphics options and they are never saved from the previous session. I always save from the graphics menu as I make the changes and all is well for that flight, but if I close down the Sim and then re-start it the graphics are always back to what I changed them from.
It is getting very frustrating.

Did you make the setting file read only?
I found if you set them when you’re not in a flight they are retained, if you set them in flight they revert back to before. At least that was my experience.
If you use FSUIP7, dont use it. Run sim, change whatever and save. After that tun FSUIP7 normally.
It was my problem.
You can try deleting the usercfg.opt file in the appdata folder for MSFS, as I believe that might help. The file should be recreated on launch with current settings. Suggest you back up the file you have first though
the issue is really strange, i guess you did not change anything or no mods installed in fs2020, if yes install a fresh vanilla sim and check, also some antivirus may block file writings. Many things can cause this issue and maybe is not the sim it self.
Is the program installed in c: drive or somewhere else ?
Are you using GeForce Experience? If so make sure it is not overriding your settings.
That did the trick, when I eventually found where it was. Very strange the way the sim is installed, seems to be in so many different places.
