It may be unusual to just write a thank you post here, but I think you should also praise when something is exceptionally good.

My beloved Yoko+ unexpectedly failed a few days ago. Contact with Virtual Fly support with a few tests and hints was super smooth and friendly, in the end they just sent me a replacement unit without further ado.

A prime example of perfect, friendly and pragmatic customer support. For me, Virtual Fly sets the gold standard for flight simulator peripherals, I also use TQ6+, RUDDO and COMPOSS.

I just came across this post. I have a bunch of their peripherals, and when I ran into a problem, they came through for me, too. I’d happily recommend them to anyone.
