Yes you DO have issues! You have the exact same autogen the rest of us have and several default models have been replaced with multi storey version affecting towns and villages throughout the globe. You just haven’t seen them yet or the loss of light reflections in the water and you have not opened the VFR map mid flight or closed it causing a crash. There are numerous issues with the patch you may be unaware of but others fortunately are not.
But how do you know that building height hasn’t been changed in the real world in the last few weeks, and the sim was simply updated to reflect that accurately?

While I am very happy you are not adversely affected by any bugs, the MSFS team have acknowledged issues that are affecting some users.
