a situation we have frequently:
in fall/spring the valleys are still/already green with snow just covering the mountains at a certain elevation.
I believe I have seen MSFS pics of such a semipermanent snow-line but can’t figure it myself by playing with snow, temp & dew etc.
Any advice is appreciated.
