Greenland bushtrip

Has anyone tried the Greenland bushtrip?

Started the first leg yesterday, more than 2 hrs of manual flight with pc6, Landed successfully in Upernavik, but there wasn’t any notification about ending the first leg. Even took off to land from the other end of the runway, still nothing.
The leg wasn’t registered, though i can see a full flight in logbook.

Total frustration considering the fact the first leg is pretty boring and there’s no autopilot.

After landing in Upernavik, you have to park the PC6 in the middle of the runway, set the parking brake and shut off the engine. That was working for me.

Wow, can’t believe i’m trying this leg for the 3rd time already. Somehow it lets me contiue midflight pretty close to the end of the ice cap.

It’s really frustrating, looks like every bush trip has its own bugs.

yes this bush trip is particularly bugged, in the navlog they give you instructions for setting the NDB with the right frequencies but there is no ADF in this PC6 …
No GPS, no autopilot, i don’t understand why they have choose this plane. Very boring bush trip.

There are GPS but no autopilot to work with them …

It worked!! Thanks!

The planes we have to fly in the latest bushtrips have become more and more boring.
I cannot understand why there is no option to choose a plane.
In some kind of range, for example, IAS lower than 120kts, no Glasscockpit.
Then we could even use the 3rd party planes as well.

Why don’t you switch in developer-mode to an other plane with all the equipment you need/want?

Bushtrip injector. Change planes, weather

Would be interesting to know what the great master of bushtrips wanted to say …

To further clarify this for everyone looking for this answer.

The ADF is really a fatal error.
You can vote here to get the error fixed:

You can use an airplane of your choice at any time. That’s what this tool is for:

Here is the option to add an AP:

Great for the PC-guys, but what is with the XBox users?

That’s what I did. I used the MIlviz Porter.
