ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: airport and air traffic is turned off but default injected traffic keeps appearing on ground when starting a flight.
If you open up the settings and return even without changing anything the traffic dissappears
Also with ‘ai offline’ selected in the online options and with air and airport traffic turned off I’m not seeing any offline maritime traffic

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)? Almost every time I load into a flight,
REPRODUCTION STEPS
Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:
1.turn traffic sliders except ships to 0%
2.set ai offline traffic mode
3.load into a flight, good chance you will see parked ai aircraft at airports and no ship traffic (except auto generated yachts)
