Why does 152 only get pushback, while arrow 2 only get fuel truck?
Why cannot I get all services for ga planes?
It’s a matter of how the aircraft is configured.
In the aircraft.cfg I think there are options to enable/disable some kinds of ground services and depending on what the creators thought would be suitable for that aircraft you see or don’t see these features in sim.
Actually having a pushback operator for a C152 is quite rare. You can simply use a tow hook to move the aircraft (which is the case for JustFlight Piper Arrows, it even shows up during pushback), so the Asobo default is a bit unrealistic.
As for the fuel truck it highly depends on the airport and parking position. For GA most airports have fueling stations where you taxi to and fuel yourself, some offer fuel truck services. So neither of the aircraft you mention is unrealistic.
