GSX Pro not working correctly

Recently I have the following issues with GSX Pro:

  1. Either GSX Pro is not showing the menue (looping) and needs a restart
  2. And once it works I request boarding, GSX asks by which company - I choose and then it sometimes just stops working - not boarding.

My installation is up-to-date and used to work well in the past. It’s a new thing?

Sounds like the COUATL engine is crashing.

Have you tried a clean install?

I will consider this. Question: I have quite a lot of custom airports where I have excluded the dockings. If I remove & re-install - will GSX Pro remember them?
