Well as soon as, you don’t have three layers og clouds, it is wrong. Also it often tells me wrong wind while actually the sim renders quite accurate wind according to METAR.
But this is the wrong thread to discuss, feel free to read the following threads with many examples of what is wrong with ATIS:
Cloud Cover and Visibility reported on ATIS do not match the conditions seen in the sim when using Live Weather.
It always reports “Few clouds at 1,100 ft Few Clouds at 4,300 Ft Few Clouds at 12,700 ft” even if the sky is completely overcast. Visibility and Dew Point is often reported incorrectly as well (usually 3 or 10).

Seems a little late after 6 months to only be reporting this now, but a detailed examination of the weather would tend to indicate that wind speeds are somewhat “messed up”
Parked at KMTN, with Clear weather, and setting winds to be 180 deg @ $0 Knots, no gusts,
DIRECTION:
Weather UI = 189 deg (set) (magnetic ? )
Simconnect (ambient) = 180 deg (magnetic)
ATIS = 192 (mag var = 11 deg) (should be magnetic)
