Name this mountain, the highest in the region. (Seen in the background of the photo) Extra points for naming the glaciers on the left and right of the ridge. ![]()

Well, he still got the answer wrong. So it’s just his own time he was wasting there lol ![]()
Leaving one of the airfields nearby (there are two) you can travel up both of the glaciers pictured before. Here’s a photo of the glacier (for which this area is named) and attached ice field with the Mountain we are guessing in the distance.
Crossing over the ridge we look down the glacier on the left side of the original post.
Over the icefall.
All the way to the top. You can see the ocean from here. ![]()
Is the last one to guess on? @Baracus250
And hints above?
Yes, we have stalled, haven’t we?! ![]()
Any more clues from @ElasticSack182 ?? ![]()
Oh I’m around… really thought I would have a guess by now… ![]()
I guess not!

I thought it might be Alaska but if it is I haven’t found it.
Not in North America
Southern Chile, or perhaps on South Georgia Island? (sorry, don’t have time to search right now…)
Getting warmer ![]()
Monte San Valentin, Chile. Glacier Reicher on a left and Glacier San Rafael on a right.
Airfields on those pictures are Laguna San Rafael Airport (SCRF) and Río Exploradores Airport (SCEX).
This was easy after latest clues.
That’s it! The only thing you missed is the glacier on the left is actually Gualas Glacier. Reicher Glacier is just North of Gualas. This area is quite beautiful in the sim. With glaciers Grosse and Exploradores on the North Eastern side of the National Park, as well as the large San Quentin Glacier and its terminus into the lagoon just south of San Rafael Glacier.
Your turn! ![]()
Yeah, wasn’t 100% sure about that. I thought it’s part of the San Rafael Glacier.
Ha Long Bay in Vietnam?
Nope, we are quite far from Vietnam
More islands, there’s thousands and thousands of them!
All the elements for the right answer can be found in these pictures (ignore the plane). It’s quite obvious, when you figure it out… ![]()
I’d guess at Finland or Norway as a wide area guess? ![]()
Very hot!
Actually also plane colours work as a clue…
