H125 SAR Missions revealed after unlocking SAR disappeared after restart

ISSUE DESCRIPTION

Description of the issue:
I unlocked the H125 search and rescue missions upon obtaining the money for it. After the unlock, I was shown a number of missions in Austria, where I live, and surrounding countries (between 5 and 10, can’t say exactly). After I started MSFS2024 the next day all of those missions disappeared from the mission list.

[PC Only] Did you remove all your community mods/add-ons? If yes, are you still experiencing the issue?
No mods installed. Missions are still absent!

FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

How often does this occur for you (Example: Just once, every time on sim load, intermittently)?
All the SAR missions are still absent from my mission list without me having completed (or even played) one of them. Thus far it happened only with the red-binocular-icon SAR missions.
Some other missions in NA and Australia remained (less then 5 -also very few)

REPRODUCTION STEPS

Please list clear steps you took in order to help our test team reproduce the same issue:

  1. Unlock H125/turbine helicopters
  2. Complete first SAR mission
  3. Do not shut down the game!
  4. Observe how many missions are revealed in some area
  5. Restart the game. Notice how many missions are left to select after the restart

this happened to me but i had over 6 SAR missions available in France and Spain. then gave me a fault that they were not available then they just disappeared and have not come back.

I (and many others) have had a few helicopter SAR missions show on the map, completed them and then seen 20+ show up over Europe.
Only to come back to play and ALL helicopter SAR are gone, not a single one anywhere on the entire planet.

Yesterday, they came back (so many all over Europe and some in NZ too) after having none for many previous days.
I completed many of them, while I could.
Same thing for this mornings session too, lots to choose from.
Seemed like it was fixed.

Then come to play tonight ..and they are ALL gone again, not a single one anywhere on the entire planet.. again.
No normal Heli SAR and no Heli SAR Hoist missions anywhere despite seeing and doing plenty just recently.

I have the exact same problem, so annoying it’s the only thing that amuses me…

This report is now one YEAR old, and issue is still there. One day every now and then - lots of SAR-missions in the Alps, most of the days - not a single SAR mission in the Alps.

I haven’t seen more than 1 mission available every day since SU4 release. Most days there are none.

Are you able to find missions somewhere else than Europe on the world map ?
Is that the same than reported here ?: SAR Hoist Missions not found

Sometimes there is one in Canada but completing doesn’t trigger any new missions. The missions that are missing for me are Land Based helicopter. The other topic refers to water based hoist rescues which you can see show up just fine for me.

Today is my lucky day because they have returned (20+ missions) but will likely disappear again in a few days. Obviously an issue here.

Maybe I did not read it correctly but in the other topic they are not referring especifically to water based mission or where do you see that ?
My understanding is that SAR Hoist can be land or water missions.

I’ve never seen a land based hoist mission in the sim yet. Others have been complaining that they expected them but hoist missions are always over water and I do see them all the time. There are some fixed wing land based S&R available on the west coast and other areas of the USA as well. It’s only the land based heli missions that don’t populate as you would expect. These all require landing to pick up the victim. Hope that helps.

Same here - spent two days grinding fixed wing cargo missions to buy the UH-1 for my SAR company - not a SINGLE Freelancer rotorcraft SAR mission anywhere on the globe for over two days. I wouldn’t mind as much if you could transfer your aircraft between your companies to do other missions until some SAR mission spawn. I now have 13+M credits tied up in a heli I can’t use.

Just one mission today. I’ll fly it quickly and see if more populate.

Another 48 hours and not one Freelance Rotorcraft SAR mission anywhere in the globe. In fact, haven’t had one since updating to SU4.

Maybe an admin can merge the topics and the votes, to give more visibility to this problem :crossed_fingers:

@Wilem35 : is your issue the same than the report mentioned by @Smwrf in above post ?
The other report is specific to the airbus-h125 but your report does not mention an helicopter in particular. So does this issue affect all helicopter types able to complete land based SAR missions ?
