As far as I know, there are no tools yet besides the SDK.

[HOW-TO] Getting started with the SDK / Dev Mode

Step 1: Turn on Developer Mode using the General Menu. This will turn enable the additional menu bar at the top. Keep an eye out for a third-party tool to pop up eventually, though, which will surely be much easier to work with than the SDK.
