It’s meteoblue that adds towering clouds where they should be. In the first i have thunderstorm predicted in meteoblue in the second it is reported both in METAR and meteoblue.
Altocumulus Castellanus, always wonderful to see. Well maybe not in a real airplane, but in the sim even more! Let´s hope the weather radar will finally implemented for even better storm chasing or avoiding extreme turbulences in these towering clouds 
I think weather radar is possible now. Lets hope. I can predict them looking at meteoblue. The clouds are located were they should be located.
Here is cross-section for that location of the area. As you can see there is thunderstorm over the airport. I standing 8 miles away from the airport and looking at it.
