Has anyone noticed that the flight plan shown on EFB doesn't match that on the G1000?

I noticed today that the plan shown on the G1000 didn’t match what was shown on the tablet EFB. This may be related to how the Nav Aide boxes didn’t match the planes flight plan also. I am guessing the EFB and Blue Nav Aides are autogenerated based on the actual flight, whereas the computer NAV is from before takeoff, so is there a way to sync the 2?

I think this is more of the issue of

So in that case see corresponding bug report: Flight Plan Setup, Filed & Pushed to Avionics on World Map via EFB not Being Sent to Aircraft

So I have some more information after talking with developers on discord. Turns out this is as expected but they agreed that it could be clearer.

The issue is the EFB adds waypoints and such for landing takeoff procedures, flight path, whereas the avionics only recieve and deal with the raw waypoints such as from the actual position of the dep and arriving runways, which then accounts for the offset.

To address this you can add real waypoints to the EFB plan at the start and end of the main transits and it will make headings the same.
