Have the option to switch on runway lights at night and adjust brightness while flying, using the MIC button and tuned to the airport CTAF frequency. Just like in real life.
Those two threads I posted have that too.

Can you have a user setting to have the runway approach lights (REIL and ALS’) be only turned on from -XXmin before sunset to +XXmin after sunrise or during period of IMC weather ( < 3 miles visibility or clouds below 1000ft AGL)?
It seems right now that REIL/ALS are turned on during daylight hours?

Some major airport in the United States and abroad use a system called runway status lights. It is a fully automatic, advisory system used to inform pilots and ground crews if the runway is unsafe, i.e. runway crossings or an aircraft is about to takeoff or land.
