Just downloaded a 1gb update and the frame rate problem around certain areas we have been having seems to have gone. I have only checked it around my local area of Headcorn in the UK but its gone from 12FPS to 35FPS.
Can anyone else confirm this please?

It’s at least somewhat fixed for most people. For the majority that had issues after SU3, it should be playable again.
If you also had performance issues after WU3, those are still around.
