Having problems doing control surfaces on Xbox controller

I have no clue how to do this, I’m having problems doing control surfaces, I have an Xbox if I hold down the right bumper and move my right analog my view button is all screwed up and I have no trim, is there anybody that knows how to do this or help me, there’s no buttons to reset flights controls,
