The lighting, the trees, the water, the whole experience was simply stunning.

I forgot all the hassles and was totally immersed in the spectacular experience. It left FS2020 for dead and finally gave me a realisation that, when it works, this sim is a work of art.

That’s why I’m sticking with and willing to take some of that performance hit. For a long time in 2020 I had to fly around lower 30s FPS.

I think 2024 is a great free form bush trip experience at the moment and avoids most of the major bugs.
