Same issue for me, I also have the two Saitek/Logitech Throttle Quadrants. The second one always reverts back to a default profile while the first one keeps its set profile. Sadly I can’t circumvent with Axis and Ohs because prohibiting changes in default profiles will keep functions assigned to buttons and axis and thus you can’t just map them empty in MSFS and replace them by AAO.
