Do you have the same issue if you follow the OP’s steps to reproduce it?
• I have the same problem with two Saitek/Logitech quadrants. The settings for the second quadrant do not persist.
Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
• I also have a Saitek yoke, but both quadrants are connected via USB. I have tried the quadrants connected to a single USB hub and two different hubs.
