We did have a little play in Norway back in June, as you say Magic, plenty to see, unfortunately I can’t remember which were the best bits.
Regardless, we’ll return this month for another voyage of discovery…

Starting at Sion (LSGS), we’ll take in some of the favourite valleys and routes as we head east for Lugano, then north up to Ambri and Mollis in the first half. I may even have a plan for the second half by the time we get there.
As ever, any fast jet will do, though expect the majority to be in Hawks. JoinFS for multiplayer on the UK317 hub and the UK317/WAA Teamspeak for comms with the discord alpine radio channel as a backup.
Not yet, I think one of the guys in the UK317 group may have tried it using the 2020 version of JoinFS, not sure on the outcome. As far as I’m aware JoinFS is no longer being developed so if 2024 doesn’t work we may end up looking for a new solution.

UK317 sessions will be moving back to Wednesdays starting at 19:00 so I’ll shift AM sessions back to Fridays. Full details for the first one will be sent out closer to the time when I’ve had a chance to look at a map.
Hi All,
We are taking flight on Saturday (22nd Feb) @ 19:30 GMT (UTC). It’s nearly a year since Howsei and I took an investigative trip around the highlands of Scotland, hopefully I can remember some of it for this trip. We will start at RAF Lossiemouth (EGQS), initially taking a gentle trip down Loch Ness down past Fort William and Oban before turning into the twisty stuff. Any fast jet will do, though the hawk boys will be subsonic all the way so it doesn’t need to be anything special.
Next session Friday 7th March @ 19:30 GMT (UTC+0). Starting at Innsbruck (LOWI) for a classic Alpine Magic session winding our way southwest to the valleys of southern Switzerland. Any fast jet will do, most will probably be in Hawks cruising around 400kts.
