Well here we are, with Intel stock tanked, the CEO fired, and I was proven right all along. Defective CPU design. I keep mine at stock settings, no overclocking or XMP, and it’s fine. Not optimal, but fine. But boy does Intel and ASUS owe me an Arrow Lake or Later CPU/Mobo combo, I think! 
Using Z790 Formula, it’s fine for most things. Windows 11 updates have been so crazy for awhile I don’t even use the computer as much as my iPhone any more. MSFS2020 is a known quantity and still works; 2024 should be good to go by next summer. Meanwhile, it’s a good start: B grade. A foundation to build on. The simplification of the interface and controls is interesting.
