Provide extra information to complete the original description of the issue:
• career mode, Employee, FPL: EDGS to EDDN
• “Mission failed” with the same error (left the parking position) shortly after entering the plane
• flight is additionally not added into the logbook
Just tried to play the ES-30, it spawned me taking a swan dive into the tarmac with the engine off after just getting in the ■■■■ plane.

I tried two different Employee career missions was the ES-30 and have the same issues. First attempt as soon as I entered the cockpit, I got a error message that I left without passengers, mission failed. I tried again another airport. As soon as I got in plane got a G-Force error, then plane immediately spawned in air in a nose dive. Quickly hit ESC to pause and ended up aborting mission so as to not take a reputation hit.

Same for me on xbox series X. In addition the load screen takes really long time and the entire usage to eg walk around the plane is crazy laggy
Really a pity that the developers can’t fix the issue connected to the Heart.
SU4 beta: ES-30 commonly results in a self-destruct after auto-skip to taxi phase. Airport with gates, jetways more common (always?) than simple airports with open space starts.
Approximately half of “self destruct” starts instantly teleport underground and other half shoot up about 200’ in the air and then fall, sometimes with enough time to pause and select abort in menu.
It’s incredible that after a year of launch and announcing this plane as a novelty, it’s still bugged. Absolutely incredible.

Yeah it just ruined my career mode experience today. So glad I saved up all that money to buy it and then didnt even get to start the engines. Now I have no money and 2 million dollars in damages. On a plane that I didnt even get to push a single button on

To work around this problem I normally do a lot of employee missions to check all the quirks and issues before touching any freelancer mission with my purchased aircraft. Currently trying out the Saab 340 passenger transport missions which is a better turboprop than the ES30 but having its own quirks.
