Held controller button repeat rate is 2x slower in VR than in 2D

No, not for this test.

Are you using Developer Mode or made changes in it?
No.

Brief description of the issue:
For some controls, you hold a button on your controller. For instance, trim adjust. The repeat rate of a held button is handled in the sim and is unknown (to users), but it seems like it is about 30 times per second. However, at least for trim adjust, this rate appears to be 1/2 the speed in VR. Makes trim adjustments even slower in VR than the already slow rate in 2D.

Detail steps to reproduce the issue encountered:
As shown in the video:

  1. Go into cockpit and focus your view on the trim wheel in 2D mode.
  2. Hold down whatever controller button you have assigned to elevator trim down.
  3. Time how long it takes for the trim wheel to move a given amount.
  4. Repeat steps 1-3 in VR mode and note that the speed is about 1/2 what it was in 2D.
