There is cyclic trim available and it works quite well. I’m not sure if it can be set based on stick position (could be wrong, haven’t looked to too deeply at it), but it works just like pitch trim in fixed wing.
Search for “rotor” or “trim” in your controls settings. You’ll find button assignments available for rotor lateral and longitudinal trim increase, decrease, and trim reset.
There is a “set longitudinal rotor trim” function, so in theory it could be pretty straightforward to have the force trim be set on stick position… hmmm.
