Brief description of the issue:

In real life, the human eye does not operate on a Hz refresh rate. MSFS will let the rotor/prop spin up to speed, and then it blends into a texture that is a blurred rotor. Racing games do this same thing for wheels, otherwise you get the camera effect where it makes things look like they are rotating slowly, or even backwards. The entire rotor should blur into an even disk, not a disk with blurred out and spread out over a potion of the disk. Even at speed, you can see these heavy blurred areas rotating, and it causes anything viewed though said disk to strobe and pulse in brightness. it is like having a fast strobing light in intensity, right in your face.
