I’ve never seen the issue you are describing. …but I don’t have anything assigned to ‘throttle’ I have the twist grip on my collective assigned to ‘SET HELICOPTER THROTTLE AXIS’ and the collective assigned to ‘COLLECTIVE AXIS’
