I had same issue on Xbox, turns out there’s a world update Australia in market place. Download that. You’ll be good to go

^^^^^this - you need to download the free World Update from the marketplace (not content manager). Then check all your content manager stuff is up to date.
I have the same problem on my pc. I already installed the whole sim, took hours, I am on the latest version 1.22.2.0 but do not get the Australia files. They are greyed out at the marketplace and do not show up in the content manager.
Any idea ?
In the marketplace, there should be just one “tile” to select, not several. Can you post a screenshot?
OK, that looks like the “marketplace buy option greyed out” problem - see the link in post #5 above - have you tried that?
You mean “reinstall” the whole sim - that’s what ''I did, but the problem remained
The advice in that link isn’t to reinstall though. The ultimate advice is to log a request with zendesk. I had this issue once and raised a zendesk ticket and either tthey fixed it or it fixed itself in a day or so.

I changed my Microsoft password yesterday, do you think that might be a problem ?
THANKS! I did that and it is all good! The reason I didn’t try that before is I was sure that the main update had already been installed automatically. I was wrong.
