NavBlue also provides charts, and like any chart creator such as Jeppesen or Lufthansa, they produce taxiway charts. But, there is no standardized database in an electronic format for taxiways like there is for runways and instrument approach procedures.
Our local airport did a major realignment of the main taxiway in 2018. When the work was complete, the contractor who did the project had to send the physical engineering drawings of the new layout to the FAA so they could update the NOS taxi charts. Jeppesen and Lufthansa (and probably NavBlue) would probably base their taxi charts on the FAA NOS printed version.
In the case of the overall layout of the physical taxiways in MSFS, that can come from Bing satellite and aerial imagery, but to create accurate taxiway names in the sim, it would have to be done by hand, airport by airport, referencing a printed chart.
