A thread has been in existance now for a couple of weeks, that is attracting a lot of disaffected simmers, and I’ve been trying to field their questions now since Day 0.

As you can see, it’s about documentation, and I’m doing all that I can to help, but it isn’t enough.
IMHO, “someone” from the official team should visit this thread, and take on the genuine (I think) complaints that so many of them are making. OK, it’s probably not more than a dozen people, but all of them (apart from a couple of XP fanboys) are really struggling.
If that thread can’t have “official” support, would a couple of the more experiences (with 2020) people out there and cast a glance over the sort of feedback that I’m seeing from their posts.
My handle over there is JohnGAU, BTW. I tell you so that you don’t trip over me.

Oh wow. I’ll start looking through the site. I’m not much of an X-Plane person (maybe 100 hours total) but I’ve had tens of dozens and dozens more hours in both FS9 (2004) and FSX. Approaching 35 hours with Flight Sim as of today, with few complaints.
I’ve spent a lot of time mapping my keyboard, TWCS Throttle, and T.16000 M Joystick. It’s not the most intuitive, but once you get it you’ve got it. F11 is your friend!
