I have just purchased a new HP Reverb headset, and followed the instructions in the WMR program, so I know the headset works, and it appears as s Windows device.
Before installing the new hardware I removed my Oculus Rift from my system.
My problem is that when I am in FS2020, and I hit Ctrl-Tab, I get a brief flash of two images on my monitor, and then it reverts to Non-VR mode. If I put my headset on it seems to set off the WMR setup routine.
There must be some link between the sim and my headset that needs setting up, but I haven’t managed to find it. Anyone know the answer please?
Cracked it! Downloaded Open XR Developer Tools, and as it sat on task bar the sim recognised the headset.
