Help on binding combination keys

Spent hours trying to figure out how to bind two key to activate a command. I can to it using the “Start Scanning” option & pressing two switches/button. Only exception is the mode switch

If able to use the “Select an Input” drop-down option, I’ll be able triple the number of commands that may yoke can handle.

On the Yoke there is “mode” switch (1,2 or 3) and the “Select an Input” option lists mode selections along with buttons & switches.

I can add the first choice (mode/button/switch) but have no idea how to add the second.

Any help will be really appreciated. MSFS/Asob must have forgotten to put in their manual. Thanks

Doubt that mode123 is possible in MSFS. I think you can with FSUIPC (and perhaps those external Yoke button utils)

I’ll note that I am using binds like button2+button12, button2+button13 as a “shift” key. Button2 has to be held down while I press button12 during the bind. (edit - rereading I see you’re doing the same)
If your controller is sending a momentary input instead of holding e.g. button1/2/3 from the switch position… you are probably out of luck with stock MSFS and should check out third party stuff like spad.next
