I am fairly old now at almost 92, and like to make things as simple as possible.
When using P3Dv4 I used to set a BOEING 737 flight up, out of London Heathrow.
I installed a local route on the FMS which included a waypoint over my house, followed by a holding proceedure, and then a return to LHR with an autoland.
It was possible to save that flight. This obviously saved time, and allowed me to select it when required,
and avoid the lengthy setting up routine.
Is this possible on MSFS

Yes it’s possible. I suggest looking into SimBrief. You can do it within the sim as well.

Another option I use is to open your log book, click on the flight in question when you flew it last, and you get an option to fly it again.
I don’t think the OP has flown it yet.
