Help, VR not working after uninstalling steam VR & Steam

yes my excat config is RTX3070 Foundation, Ryzen 5 2600X, 32Gb RAM, 1Tb nvme m2, Quest 2 and running with “only” Oculus Link , no more other components like Steam, VD etc…

all my parms are those from the post i gave above, exactly those.
