Hi! Is anyone using using Logitech radio and Logitech Multi-panel (auto-pilot) along with the Honeycomb throttle and yoke and do they work succesfully side by side. Any tips on usage or setup gratefully received.
I can’t help you with the yoke, but I use the Logitech panels, and they work very well. I don’t use the Logitech drivers though, but SPAD.neXt instead. It gives you a greater degree of control over them.
You can configure them from the ground up if you want, or you can browse an ever expanding library of configs. for a variety of planes right in the app.
When you have one downloaded, and active when you launch the sim you should get a pop-up asking if you want to assign the plane you just spawned in to the active profile, which is one other advantage of SPAD. You can have multiple profiles for different planes, and it can automatically switch between them as you switch planes.
I’ve been researching SPAD.neXt and at first it seems very technical. Ideally I would like to chose a profile for, say the Honeycomb Bravo and be done with it. I’m tired of the sim resetting my Bravo profiles. Have you had any issues with SPAD not saving button and axis assignments?
