Looks like the Gold Coast in Queensland, Australia. I could be wrong though.
It’s similar, but I don’t see the squared farm fields in Google’s satellite images.
That would be the planned community of Discovery Bay, outside of Brentwood CA.
I thought the mountain range looked familiar, as I used to live in the area (Martinez CA) and my motorcycle rides to the Sierra foothills had me rolling past it on the way to Stockton.
