Hey MS ASOBO Why isnt the "press any key to start" not fixed?

hey guys I was excited to see that the patch notes said this would be fixed. Well not too excited but it put some comfort in me that they actually listened to what people were saying. A big deal? no not really, that is unless you mentioned it to be fixed and its not.

This is a very simple fix probably just a couple lines of code probably just one.

So Asobo/MS Why isn’t this fixed when you guys clearly said it was? This is a very simple fix and you know exactly how to fix it

updated correctly? start game. Game looks for updates , found one press continue to update. how else would one update the game?

They already said it was an error to list it on this update; it was supposed to be on the next one. Maybe do even a tiny bit of reading before ranting? :small_airplane: :smile_cat:

They stated that it was a mistake on their behalf listing it as ‘fixed’ and scheduled for this patch. (…several places)
So I guess this super complex advanced difficult issue will be fixed in some upcoming patch.
We will probably get some updates regarding the update and patch when it will be implemented.

You have to be patient, this is not an easy patch.
First you have to reshoot the entire intro sequence without the “press any key to continue” message, then you have to add an option for people that really like to see the splash/intro instead of going directly to the main menu. Something like for example “press ctrl-alt-s to skip intro sequence” and an option to put it back in the general options of the menu.
All the keyboards bindings have to be deleted, and they haven’t tested yet how this would affect the A320N autopilot.

I haven’t tested the DFW area yet the roads going thru the airport look like a roller coaster (highway 360)
