ISSUE DESCRIPTION
Description of the issue: Textures are terrible, they look blurry and washed out. I have my TLOD set at 250 OLOD at 150. Ultra setting on RTX 4080 Super. Internet connection is 600MB speeds on Ethernet.
ICAO, coordinates, or specific location: Picture over Denver at 15000, but problem is everywhere.

- Increased TLOD to 400
- Closed all other windows
- Clean install of GPU Drivers
