High download speed, bad scenery

So, it seems that I get 90 mbps upload speed. But when I get into the game the scenery is so bad. I looked at my upload speed when playing MFS in the task manager and I was barely getting 5 mbps.

Needless to say, I uninstalled it and got a refund but is looking for to getting it again. Any fixes or solutions?

also, in task manager when flying in MFS it only goes up to like 5 or 7. Barely goes anywhere.
