I had a 2080 Ti too, but luckily for me in June of this year it went wrong, i sent it back and got a full refund. I put my old GTX1080 back in my PC and waited for the 30 series. I can assure you in every other game or sim i’ve tried the 3080 blows the 2080 ti away! It way faster and way cheaper. Also for me i’ve had no driver or hardware issues that you mention. So i can assure you once again the 3080 is far better than the 2080 Ti in general.
As for in this sim the 3080 isn’t much better than the 2080 Ti but it is still better! I admit it should be far better than it is but i really don’t think the issue is GPU related anyway.
