Does anyone know how to get Navigraph working on Hjet. When i click the link in the aircraft nothing happens it just times out.

Yes i am. Not had this problem on other a/c normally clicking the link opens my navigraph account and i just click the link there and all works. But fir some reason not happening in Hjet.
From memory I just clicked on the link and it took me to the Navigraph login screen.
Not sure why it’s not happening for you.
Not sure if you are on Xbox or not, but if so, after you click on it takes you out of the sim and opens up a web browser to login to Navigraph and allow it to “talk” to the G3000. Then you can go back into the sim and click on it and it should bring up the charts.
I think Navigraph as a whole is broken for some of us.
I went to their support site and saw people not being able to sign in. I get this message and then it goes to a web page to actually sign-in, but it gets stuck there and never signs you in.
I think they have problems and just haven’t announce it.

As an first analyzes, I can’t see any service outdage on our end. Normally, we announce maintenance windows before and we have currently no plans for that.
We have one report in our forum now and a second one here. When there is really a massive outdage, more user will be effective …
Anyway, please for all wirh issue, report this to our forum. Not all our app/service specialists read here your reports. Therefore the chance to get a qualified answer is much more higher

Thanks for your replies. I have tried clicking the link in the aircraft but the navigraph link page does not open. I will try the TBM that usually works and let you know.
… again, please report such issues directly in our forum. Not all Navigraph specialist are present here and I’m “only” the NavData Specialist …

For me sometimes the browser window doesn’t open, no matter how many times I click. I don’t know why, probably a bug in FS.
What works is manually opening a browser, going to the url (…/code) and manually typing the code it tells you too.
Just tried again with Hjet. Clicking the link does not open the Navigrapgh browser. I did it manually and added the link from Hjet and it worked. But I dont know why the link in the Hjet does not automatically open Navigraph.
Update to above. I get the same problem in the TBM 930. This must point to MSFS problem. After opening Navigraph manually and entering the code from TBM all works.
I too had problems linking Navigraph to the HondaJet. Link would fail to open. Did it manually and it stated that it had been enabled for Working Title G3000, but it still didn’t work. Did it a second time also manually and then it took.
The process is certainly glitchy, but it’s really nice having on the HondaJet!
Humm, I didn’t know that it also works on the TBM. I’ll have to add it there too.
