@danzio56 I did try it on another computer and I got the same error. I am completely stumped on this one. I also have been trying to get a hold of Honeycomb, but without any luck via the support ticket system, calling and emailing them for over a week now. I really regret buying it. I tried to return it to the seller, but they said I had to get in touch with Honeycomb to resolve the technical issue.
